What is an active unit?
A unit becomes active once its residents have joined the platform. You only pay for those units — not for your whole community — with a 40% billing minimum. Your cost grows at the real pace your residents arrive.

When your community comes on board, billing starts at 40% of your units, even if initial adoption is lower. Each time a resident registers, their unit activates automatically, and your monthly invoice only grows once adoption passes that minimum. No upfront charges, no surprises.
