Vivook's plan is paid in full from day one: in its lowest step it costs the same with 8 units as with 15. Communeo charges MX$22 per active unit — starting at the 40% minimum and rising as your residents sign up — plus a one-time MX$1,000 setup fee. Vivook charges no setup fee.

Our MX$22 per active unit already includes Mexican VAT (IVA). Vivook publishes its prices before VAT, so we add Mexican VAT at 16% (their published price × 1.16) to compare. That puts both columns on the same basis: what you actually pay.

Vivook's pricing verified on July 24, 2026 on their public site.

All figures in Mexican pesos (MXN).
