Right away

the resident hears the moment their package arrives

With a credential

the resident's pickup code — or one for whoever they send — confirms who took it home

By unit

the front desk hands over several packages in one visit

From the front desk to the right hands

Three steps, and no more “where is my package?” calls.

  1. The front desk logs it

Carrier, tracking number and unit — with a photo on file if you want one.

  2. The resident gets the word

A notification right away in their portal, by email and on their phone.

  3. Pickup with a credential

They identify themselves at the desk with the code on their own packages screen, or with the one they generated for whoever they sent, and who picked it up and when is on the record.

Frequently asked questions

How does a resident pick up their package?

They open the packages screen in their portal and the delivery code is right there: four digits good for half an hour that identify them. If they send someone else, they generate a single-use code in that person's name. The desk validates whatever is presented, marks the package as delivered, and the handover goes on the record — with who picked it up, how it was confirmed, and at what time.

What happens if nobody picks a package up?

It stays in custody and stays visible. On its third day at the front desk the resident gets a reminder —a notice in the app, and a push to their phone if they've kept it on— and on the seventh, the unclaimed-package alert. Those two and no more: two notices get read, thirty get ignored. And meanwhile, your team's dashboard lists the longest-waiting packages first, so the front desk can follow up.

Does it work with any courier?

Yes. Carrier and tracking number are free text, so it makes no difference whether the package comes from Amazon, DHL, Estafeta, Mercado Libre or the shop around the corner.

Can someone else pick up for me?

Yes. From their portal they generate a single-use code in that person's name, good for 30 minutes, and share it with them. The desk validates it, records who collected the package and keeps the handover photo, so the log shows both who took it and who authorized them. The code on their own screen, on the other hand, identifies them: it isn't lent out.

End the package chaos.
